YOUR NEW SYSTEM UPGRADE FOR HTC ONE S IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MACBOOKS! Being a new HTC mobile owner, I was very disappointed and upset after learning, over the phone, from HTC and from my cellphone provider (Telus), they weren’t able to find any solution to fix this problem. Both of the companies informed me that this wasn’t they’re fault and this was out of they’re control. With that being said, at the end of the line I’m the client paying for this phone and now I’m left with no other option than to pay the rest of my balance (450$) in order to switch phones, already after owning it for less than 6 months! This all happened because your new upgrade wasn’t made compatible for Macbooks! I know I’m not the only one experiencing this problem. If you don’t want to loose more clients, I suggest that you make your next System Upgrade compatible with Apple products!
